These are actual cases pending in local jurisdictions. The litigants waive all rights to continue the cases locally due to long waits(I stand corrected). I believe the plaintiff decides which TV Judge would hear the case...good choice. Calling the show and arranging dates and times for broadcasting...Agreeing on the outcome(Judge's rulings).
