I am only kidding James.
Some time ago I had a issue with my mini system. Every time I called for an added problem, a new claim/ticket/incident # was issued. This made me change the initial numbers given to me.
Another thing is you never get the same Tech supporter.  You have to explain the issue all over again,thus giving you a different claim #.
I know something similar has happened to you other members and guests.
