He's a college football legend, a former NFL star, an Olympian and is currently a MMA fighter for Strikeforce. Despite all his athletic success, he doesn't consider any of his excellence in the sports world, or the business world, as his defining moment.

"The defining moment for me was delivering my little boy... It made me take responsibility as a person and as a human being."
Everything you do in life is a defining moment - positive or negative.

Walker's son also helped him appreciate the little things in his life.

On a trip to his parents' home in Georgia, his son was excited by all the stars in the night sky, but Walker thought his son Christian was just trying to avoid going to bed a little bit longer. it wasn't until Walker got back to the smoggy skies in Dallas that he realized what he missed out on.

"I realized that was so important to him, and I'm trying to rush him through it, almost what I do in life. I rush through things not really noticing how beautiful the people are in the United States and not noticing how beautiful the countryside is," said Walker.

Walker, who recently had to pull out his MMA fight because of a cut under his eye during training, knows now all too well now that memorable moments happen all the time.

"Everything you do in life is a defining moment - positive or negative... Whenever you can put anything on your resume, and say I've done that, should be a defining moment."
