Here's the problem my brother(former dial-up subscriber) had with a mainstreamed wireless internet service provider.He received a modem,router and a wall unit connected in the basement to his bedroom for his laptop.Making a long story short,the system could not receive any signal.He called Tech Support.
Tech Support tried to iron things out with no avail.The problem is my brother was in a dead zone for wireless communications. He canceled...What a disappointment.
I am not saying anything against this idea...of course wireless internet will be successful with other subscribers.It's not for everyone.
