First I want to welcome you to Random Chatter.
In response,these blogs and social networking people use in coming clean about themselves. Though some seem dramatic,they are actual testimonies. Note most will use screen names,not using their actual identities due to privacy. It's up to the reader to judge what is fact and fiction. Personally I do not have a blog,nor do I want any. I rather come here and discuss topics or chat here on this forum. Is there a difference ? No...I will answer questions and discuss w/out revealing my true stuff. The info is volunteered...certain info will be disclosed with discretion. We have the option to accept fact and fiction(drama).
