Dwight Howard on Trade Request

Contrary to a report from the weekend, Orlando Magic center Dwight Howard has not changed his mind about wanting to be traded, multiple outlets are reporting. Howard, however, told Yahoo! Sports that there is a 100 percent chance that he’ll still be with the Magic when Orlando hosts NBA All-Star Weekend February 24-26, and that he does not believe he’ll be moved by the March 15 trade deadline, either.

“I don’t think they are going to do anything right now because we’re winning,” Howard said of the 6-3 Magic, per Yahoo! “Even if this is the last season, let’s go out hard, regardless.”

But, Howard added, according to SI.com, "Nothing has changed. There's no need to focus on anything else besides going out every night and playing hard for 48 minutes or however long I'm on the court. All that other stuff is up to the Magic and up to my agent...
