Alcoa declares 3-cent common stock dividend

NEW YORK (AP) — Alcoa Inc. said Friday that its board declared a quarterly common stock dividend of 3 cents.

The dividend will be paid on Nov. 25 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 4.

The New York-based aluminum company's board also declared a quarterly dividend of 93.75 cents per share on Alcoa's $3.75 cumulative preferred stock.

That dividend will be paid on Jan. 1 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 9, the company said.
