Debatable...
There maybe secret acquisitions we don't know about. Not only in Vegas,but other states as well. Casinos are popping up across the land. It's no longer Atlantic City or Las Vegas. There may be a Casino a few miles away. As for undervalue ? It may depend on the performances of the Casino(s).
