A gadget that can trace you online ?

...Sites visited.
...Emails.
...Online chats.
...Online banking...ouch !

Perhaps this is far fetched but...
Can this gadget monitor you off line ?
You are composing messages or just hanging around the computer doing stuff leisurely.

Example for clarification ?

Lets say I have this gadget.
You as a member/guest of Random Chatter(with no knowledge) after posting/viewing,decides to visit other sites and answer/compose emails.
Your name will appear.
Site you are/were visiting.
What you are doing.
Well there maybe such gadget...
What about your privacy off line ?
You turn your computer/notebook on and work off line...and I know it.

Sounds like CIA.
Perhaps there are such gadgets.

You may already know.
